Using the natural power of the sun to heat your pool can slash the cost of standard heating. A complete solar heating system can be attached to your existing pool pump and will increase the temperature of your pool by 10 degrees Fahrenheit or more. Using your existing pool pump makes going solar a simple operation that can be easily installed. You can install the solar heating system to the roof of your house, shed or simply on the ground, whatever area has the maximum amount of exposure to the sun for the longest period of time.
The system includes two solar collectors that circulate the water and heat it with the suns rays. Also included is a diverter value. A diverter valve gives you the option of sending the water through the solar collector or bypassing it. This
gives you the freedom to create the ideal temperature for your pool.
When you use a solar pool heating system such as the SunHeater, you can enjoy your pool earlier in the spring and continue later into autumn, without sending your heating bills rocketing to startling heights.
The solar pool heating kit is great when used in conjunction with a solar pool cover. A solar pool cover will prevent evaporation, which is the major cause of heat and energy loss in a pool and if you use it together with a solar heater you will have the optimum temperature for the minimum amount of energy and expense.
