Solar Sign and Flag Lights

A solar sign light is a statement of you, your companies or your communities’ commitment to renewable and green energy. With concerns for the environment now a global issue, this open statement could make your business environmentally desirable in the eyes of your customers and gain you new support.

A solar sign light is a self-contained unit and requires very little power to operate. A solar spotlight contains 2 super bright LED bulbs. The power is collected through an integrated mono-crystalline solar panel and you can expect 10 hours of illumination from a charged light. The power collected from the sun is stored in NiCad battery.

There is an auto on/off sensor that turns the light on at dusk and off at dawn.

A solar flag light uses the same basic components, and can be attached directly to the flagpole. The angle can be adjusted for optimum exposure. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs states,

"Traditional guidelines call for displaying the flag in public only from sunrise to sunset. However, the flag may be displayed at all times if it’s illuminated during darkness."

Using solar power to illuminate our countries flag will mean that the flag can remain hoisted during the nighttime, using free energy.
